Coffee good for you!

Mercola.com today.......wellll.....he's been a little slow, but finally he's caught up to what many have been saying for a number of years now. Coffee is good for you.....of course like everything in moderation.

Mercola says better with no sweetener or cream/milk.

Yuck.....he had to spoil it for me. I do not like the taste of coffee, and can only drink it with honey and milk.

So I guess I will not soon be a steady drinker of coffee, even if it is good for you.

Ah well can't have everything as they say, have to make up for the goodness in coffee with other things.
