Dan Bilzerian Arrested At LAX, Held Without Bail

According to TMZ Millionaire Playboy Dan Bilzerian and "King of Instagram" was arrested on Tuesday upon his arrival at LAX for trying to build a bomb. An arrest warrant was issued in Clark County, Nevada charging Bilzerian with violating a law making it a crime to possess an explosive or incendiary device with the intent to manufacture it. He is also under investigation for kicking model Vanessa Castano in the face last Saturday night at LIV nightclub in Miami Beach.

While both stories are developing the criminal complaint from Nevada charges that Bilzerian had obtained ammonium and aluminum powder, along with ammonium nitrate mix basically the ingredients that were used in the Oklahoma City Bombing. Those substances are under strict controls by the Department of Homeland Security, "Twenty-five pounds of ammonium nitrate would be enough to level a conventional house," said Dave Williams, a former FBI agent who has studied explosives for 27 years told the Los Angeles Times.

No details on the amounts of the materials that Bilzerian is alleged to have in his possession, but it must have been enough to raise some red flags for the government. The investigation has been going on for at least a month as TMZ is reporting that the warrant was issued in November but was kept under seal until his arrest.
