Wellll......I was kinda figuring ..... yes sun-tanning for health today is a lot more complicated than we think.

Go to Mercola.com - he has a PhD article today on sun-tanning - I'm joking about the PhD stuff BUT my oh my if this is what it takes to figure out IF and WHEN you need to sun-tan to get D3, I think I'll just stick to the D3 pill I take, and forget about trying to sun-tan :-)
