Hypertension, also known as high blood pressure (HBP), is a long term medical condition in which the blood pressure in the arteries is persistently elevated - wikipedia.


Blood pressure the force of transferred or imported blood on the walls of the blood capillaries or arteries. This force generated by the heart as it transfers or pumps blood to all part of the body.


The pressure generated by the blood can increase or decrease gradually, depending on a range of factors such as diseases and  how we utilize our selves. This day’s high blood pressure is becoming so much.


In some individuals, the blood pressure is so high that it can turn to stroke or kill them instantly. Most individuals that have hypertension  do not know .


High blood pressure usually manifest in middle age. It is rampant among hard working individuals like businessmen;  those  or people whom worries or thinks a lot, top leaders or executives and some other individuals that have chronic disease that can cause hypertension  in their body.


It is always more frequent in male than in female up to 45 years, but is highly increased in female after menopause.


It is generally of high incidence in individuals that have blood capillary disease from accumulation of fats in the blood vessels. Emotional stress and tension may also stimulate its incidence. High blood pressure may also result from the clamping and shutting off of the arteries.


High blood pressure may come in conjunction with diseases like stroke, heart failure, heart attack and kidney failure. Obesity can cause high blood pressure since the ailment (obesity), can increase the workload of the heart,  thereby preventing pulmonary ventilation.


There are always no specific signs or symptoms of high blood pressure, although, persistent headache, fatigue tension and dizziness are sometimes linked with the disease.


High blood pressure can also be diagnosed by keeping in check of one’s blood pressure regular or constantly.


In treating or preventing the ailment, the patient must keep his blood pressure on check regularly and stay under strict medical treatment.
